When providing Contract Labor services to large corporations, it is best to be incorporated for legal and IRS reasons. One needs to be incorporated in order to have a Pension Plan.
Over the 45+ years working as a Consultant/Contract Labor person, I have met many wonderful people, and enjoyed solving difficult problems.
While my experience base is primarily in all aspects of composite materials employed on aircraft and spacecraft, I believe that my experiences can be successfully migrated to other field and disciplines.
